WORKING IN AUSTIN
The VC Austin studio is located in The Domain, an area of the city that’s famously known for its walking lifestyle, lack of traffic, commitment to accessibility, and massive array of things to do. The office also quite literally opens into the Rock Rose district, which has unparalleled access to renowned restaurants, clubs, art and music.
Our office space is modern, and hosts a variety of events ranging from launch parties and holiday celebrations to insightful seminars with guest speakers from our industry and beyond.

LADY BIRD LAKE
Alongside its technical prowess, Austin boasts some beautiful rivers, lakes, and trails as well. Lady Bird Lake flows through downtown Austin and is an excellent place to paddleboard, kayak, or just relax on the shore.

CHRIS WINGLER
Principal Software Engineer Chris Wingler is the tech lead for one of our major NBA 2K Live Ops teams. As such, she plays a big part in delivering the events and rewards our players enjoy throughout the year.
Chris also dedicates herself to team happiness: she works tirelessly to promote healthy relationships and rewarding collaborations across her team, both informally and by volunteering at the studio's events.
